
Ingredients:
• 4 - 6 lb Spiral Cut Ham
• 2 Tbsp Honey
• 1 cup Brown Sugar
• 2 Tbsp Honey Dijon Mustard
• ½ cup of Apple Juice
DIRECTIONS:
1. Start with a 4-6 lb spiral cut ham.
2. Combine honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and apple juice.
3. Pour glaze over ham and in between slices.
4. Spray the pressure cooker with cooking spray and add 1 cup of apple juice.
5. Place your ham in the pressure cooker and add the remaining glaze.
6. Set the pressure cooker to meat mode and cook for 15 minutes.
7. Natural release for 12 minutes.
8. Serve.
